Please allow 2 business days to process your order, most orders ship on the same day. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. This may include USPS, UPS or FedEx. TGC is not responsible for item loss if carrier (USPS/UPS/FEDEX) proves the item is "Delivered" or the buyer gives a wrong address, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to input the correct address. Please make sure your address is reachable since USPS/UPS/FedEx charge high returning fee for postage. If the shipment is sent back due to buyer's reason such as wrong address, not reachable or refused cooperating with carrier in relative matters, we will ask refund for the relative returning fees (we will provide USPS/UPS/FedEx receipt).

If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below for returns and exchanges:

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

The Green Creation only provides refunds on defective products. If the product(s) is/are not defective, we'll be happy to exchange the product(s) for other product(s) of ours for equal or higher value, only when the original product(s) is/are in new condition. The original product(s) should be unwashed and unused with original tags and packaging. Returns and Exchanges can be done within 30 days of purchase, starting from the date of purchase (for example: if you purchased the product on January 1st 2009, we must receive the product on or before January 30th 2009 for refund or exchange.) After 30 days from your receipt of merchandise, we cannot accept returns for any reason. The Green Creation is not responsible for any merchandise lost or damaged in transit, we advise you to use a safe mode of return such as UPS, FedEx or USPS with delivery confirmation/tracking number. The original shipping changes are refundable only for damaged merchandise; the shipping costs during purchase or return of a non-damaged item(s) will not be refunded. If The Green Creation products were purchased at a retail store or a different location, you need to return/exchange the product(s) at that store/location; those products cannot be returned/exchanged here. Even if any one of the above criteria is not met, we advise you not to send back the merchandise for return or exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of The Green Creation if the product has to be shipped back to the customer as the above criteria were not met.

Return Merchandise process:

1.Make sure you have the merchandise in new condition as explained above and make sure your return meets all of the above criteria
2.Complete and print the following "return/exchange merchandise" form and include it with our return merchandise. Enter information and print "Return/Exchange Merchandise" form. We can't process your return/exchange request if this form is incomplete or not sent with the merchandise.
